Rice with vegetables and chicken
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of Esparza chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 200 grams of leek
- 2 onions
- 270 grams of fresh peas
- 750 ml vegetable broth
- 250 grams of precooked rice
- Salt, paprika and pepper
Elaboration time: 25 minutes
01. Cut the Esparza chicken breast into thin strips. Heat the butter and fry the Esparza chicken strips for 2 minutes. Season to taste.
02. Clean the peppers, remove the seeds from inside and chop them. Clean the leek and chop it into slices. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Add the peppers, leek, onion and peas to the stir-fry and sauté for 3 minutes.
03. Add the vegetable broth and incorporate the precooked rice. Simmer everything for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir from time to time.
04. Season the rice with salt, pepper and paprika, and serve.
