Is there a minimum requirement?

Do you make shipments all over the national territory?

Do you make shipments to other countries?

When do I get my order?

How can I get a product back?

If all the packages indicated in the carrier’s albarán do not arrive, or the shipment box is broken or stained, it shall be obliged to indicate such notes in the albarán which it signs as proof of delivery to the carrier. If he doesn’t, we won’t be able to bear the cost of the claim. Otherwise we will not be able to take over the claim. If the package is externally in perfect condition, but the product is damaged inside, it must notify Farm Esparza within 24 hours of delivery.
